License Terms
Standard Themeforest License Summary
-
Our theme is sold under the Envato Themeforest Regular License.
-
A Regular License grants you the right to use the theme on one single end product (one website or WordPress installation) only.
-
You may use the theme for yourself or one client one time per license.
-
You can use the theme on one live site and one staging/testing site using the same license.
-
You cannot use one license for multiple independent sites or domains. Separate licenses are required for each.
Important Notice About WordPress Multisite Networks
-
While WordPress Multisite technically functions under a single WordPress installation, each subsite in the multisite network acts as a separate website with its own database tables, admin area, and content.
-
Each subsite is considered a distinct “end product” for licensing purposes.
-
Therefore, one Themeforest Regular License covers only one subsite/WordPress installation—even if the multisite’s subsites are just translations or localizations of the main site.
-
Use of the theme on multiple subsites within a multisite network requires a separate license for each subsite.
-
This policy applies regardless of whether subsites share the same domain (e.g., via subdomains or subdirectories) or different domains.
Why This Matters
-
This policy aligns with Envato’s official license terms, which grant usage rights per unique end product or website.
-
It also protects the rights of the author (our theme’s creators) by preventing unauthorized multi-site deployment under a single license.
-
We reserve the right to enforce license activation and support restrictions consistent with this policy.
